Custom Design Ordering

1. Submit your Intake Form to initiate the design process. 

Include your budget, number of performers, and any other information about your show to help the designer bring your vision to life.

2. Gather performers measurements.

You will need to include the measurements of every performer in your ensemble. Upload your Measurements Worksheet or enter your measurements in the order form. Files must be formatted as a .csv or .xslx format only.

3. Approve the costume design, fabrics, and or sample.

4. Once your design is approved and measurements are submitted, an invoice will be sent to your email.

 50% payment is due before production will begin. School PO, Booster Organization check, or credit card payments are accepted.

5. Fill out order form, with measurements attached to submit order.

An order is fully submitted once we receive measurements and 50% payment.

From the time the order is fully submitted production times range from 8-12 weeks seasonally. Orders received June through October are subject to additional delivery time.
